INSTALLATION SUPERVISING   

Our doors, walls, and windows are pre-fabricated in our factory to the highest degree for prompt and easy installation on board. 
Most of our customers save time and costs by using local installers. Our B15 door, for instance, is a complete package including the lock, handles, door closer, and standard escutcheons. It is easy to install just by following our installation instructions. 

In case the customer needs assistance in mechanical installation, we recommend ordering our supervisor for a day or two.  

COMISSIONING OF AUTOMATIC DOORS
Some customers wish to get help especially in the installation and commissioning of automatic doors. Even though we test all automatic doors at the factory before delivery, many customers order a commissioning service from us.  We employ experienced commissioning engineers who are used to travel at short notice anywhere in the world. 

AFTER SALES & SPARE PARTS
For the time being, we provide after sales services and spare part deliveries from our factory in Finland.  We are, however, in the process of expanding our global after sales service network; first in Europe, then in USA, Singapore, and China.  

CONSULTANCY AND EXPERT SERVICES
Our fireproofed and certified products are strategic specialty products. It is often impossible for the customer to know all of the regulations applicable to fireproof products and also to manage all of the information related to the actual products, their design, and various possibilities.   

As a specialist service provider in our field, we serve our customers free of charge up to a certain point. We provide a large quantity of information as early as in the offer stage and technical assistance in the installation stage.
If the customer is looking for a more extensive service package, we provide consultation and design services as hourly invoiced services.
